i went to livin yesterday, i seiyu store….

it is just like any other japanese department store. clean, but similar to all others. it has almost no wal-mart feel….

the only thing you notice wal-mart wise is that some of the signs have the smiley faces….

They are facilitating a gradual transition to a low-cost, low-price retailer. Have you been to a Seiyu store?
