I’m working all weekend, but not to worry, the show for sunday is already recorded and on the server ready to go. Either saturday or sunday, I will post it up on the blog, and you’ll be good to go.

Thanks to all of you new listeners for all of your support. And by support, I mean listening to my lame ass! :)

For episode #7, I will be moving the files over to Libsyn, but my blog will stay where it is. I’ll just be moving the big files to save my bandwidth. I know i’ve been talking alot about this crap lately, and I know not many care, but I honestly have not much else to talk about. :)

    Do you have a PayPal account set up? I know other podcasts have a ‘Donate’ button somewhere on their page, and I think it would be awesome if you added one of these to your page as well!

    I heard somewhere that if you make it to the top 200 of the itunes rankings, they will cache your podcast on their own servers and itunes listeners won’t suck your bandwidth. Again I cannot 100% confirm this, but I’m pretty sure this is the case. So this is another motivation to get more people to subscribe :)

    Best podcast ever btw. I absolutely love this stuff and can’t get enough. More more! :)

    tony, thanks for the comments! I’m not sure myself about the itunes caching, but i have heard about it before. it had something to do with podfinder shows i think. anyways, i doubt i will ever make it to the top 200. thanks again though!

    Jordan, I used to have a paypal button, but thought i would never need it. I guess i’ll put it back up for the hell of it. not like i would be getting anything out of it, but hey, i’m all about adding buttons! :) take care!

    Since you’ve been over there for a few years now, you must know a bit of the language. Do you pick up much from just listening to people talk, or have you tried to do any studying on your own? If you have, what books, websites, etc. helped you the most?

    hey jeff! i speak enough japanese to get by with… like i said in episode #6 (out soon), i can order food by myself so that is one good thing. i have jumped over the learn or starve hurddle. :) i actually just started my first “official” college class this week for Japanese. so far, it is just stuff that i already know…..
