I picked up your podcast (Good Food) from the Apple Store. I've only listened to a few podcasts so I'm hardly the JUDGE BUT I LOVE your style dude. It's easy, relaxed and informative. I have no real interest in Japan but my wife and I listened to whole thing laughing at your AMERICANISMS (hey at least u can laugh at yourself.) That's probably the best compliment. i.e. We had no interest in the topic BUT had to listen as you made it so entertaining. U made it dude. I picked up your podcast (Good Food) from the Apple Store.
