I have traveled to japan for my job several times and love it. Korean Bar-B-Q is my absolute favorite. Just listening to your stories remind me of past trips. I am going back in August and look forward to it. Couple of things you might mention as far as food goes; how about having salads with your breakfast or the conveyer belt sushi bars.
